Oscar is a father of four from El Salvador whose business employs US citizens and immigrants. He has paid business taxes in North Carolina for six years, and has repaired dozens of homes throughout the state. Separating him from his family would cause them irreparable harm, and would deprive our state of an immigrant job creator. Since 2005, Oscar has spent over $14,000 paying immigration attorneys to find a way to gain lawful permanent status in the US. His attorney's most recent petitions for a stay of removal have been blocked by ICE - his last hope is for Rep. Ted Budd, as his congressional representative, to intervene on his behalf and prevent the forced separation of his family.

Oscar es un padre de cuatro hijos. Vino de El Salvador y es dueño de un negocio, el cual emplea a ciudadanos estadounidenses y también inmigrantes. Ha pagado impuestos de negocio en Carolina del Norte por seis años y ha reparado docenas de casas por todo el estado. Separándolo de su familia les causaría daños irreparables y también privaría a nuestro estado de un inmigrante creador de trabajos.
